Shipping information

As shipping options vary depending on the country where you ship your order
Please check our checkout page for shipping and delivery times in your country.

If you want to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. In order to maintain fast delivery times, your order will be processed as soon as it enters our system. After processing, none of the order information can be changed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to successfully change your address.

You can track your order here. To track your order, simply add your order number and the email address you used to purchase the order.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send a delivery confirmation with tracking number/package ID by mail. By clicking on the tracking link in the delivery confirmation email, you will be directed to the courier website and will be shown the latest information about your delivery.

Please note that if you enter the mailbox through the mobile APP and click the tracking link, there may be a jump problem. We recommend that you enter your mailbox via the computer web version and click the tracking link. If you still can’t jump normally, you can contact our customer service staff.

About payment method

The payment methods we currently offer are as follows

caution! In some countries, Visa or Master may fail to pay due to bank restrictions. We prefer to use cash on delivery

If you’re having trouble ordering on our site, it may be because you’re trying to pay with a card type or payment method that we don’t currently support.

Orders and returns

We want you to be satisfied with your product. If the product has quality problems, you can contact our customer service to negotiate returns. Non-quality issues, you also have 30 days to return.

Here is the return process:

1. Fill out the return form included in the package.
2. Put the return slip in the packaging.
3. Carefully package the product you need to return.
4. Take your package to any courier or local post office of your choice for delivery.

All returned items should be packaged and properly packaged so that the packaging does not break. If possible, return all items in their original packaging, and do not cut off labels on clothing. You may not stick or stick anything directly on the product’s original packaging.

Notice! If the package is returned and replaced due to non-quality problems, you will personally bear the courier cost. Please pay attention to the tracking ID of the package you sent so that we can sign for it in time and please keep the receipt of the return courier.

Our warehouse staff will process and approve your return, and the refunded payment will be returned to the original method of payment you purchased. Our warehouse may take up to 5 business days to process your return upon arrival at the warehouse.

If you have not received a confirmation email about your return, we recommend that you check the return label on the courier’s website.
If you receive a confirmation email about the return, we will refund it as soon as possible. It takes 3-5 business days for your funds to appear in your account. Returned items will be corrected on your invoice if you have selected a Klarna invoice.
